Unfortunately, many strip mall facilities claiming to do reflexology use untrained persons, and instances of sex and human trafficking within these facilities is rampant.

To avoid being worked on by untrained and possibly-exploited persons, always ask those advertising reflexology  where they trained, the number of hours of coursework, and the professional organizations they are members of.
